How To Issue A Trouble Ticket
If you have a query, using your web
based control panel you can issue a trouble ticket.
To send a request
- To access your control
panel click
here or go to your browser and type in, http://yourdomain.com/cp and login
in with your userid and password.
- From the Menu, Select Support and Make
a Ticket.
This will open up a form where you can type in your request.
- Select Submit and the request will be sent immediately
to the Completecents Help Desk. All Trouble Tickets are monitored
and you can save Help Desk responses for future reference.
